Module ID of Orin NX

Hi
I have some questions about Module ID pin on Orin NX module.
1.Pull-up voltage on the module ID pin can be 5V or 12V ?
2.Should the Pull-up voltage on the module ID be earlier than VDD_IN during power on ?

  1. It is 3V3_AO as you can see in the reference design.
  2. Of course not. Please just follow the reference design.
