Module NVDEC stops working

I successfully ran example deepstream-imagedata-multistream.I have access to 4-way webcam at the same time.The program runs normally and module NVDEC works normally. The specific operation is shown in Figure 1. After running for a period of time, module NVDEC frequently switches between on and off.The specific operation is shown in Figure 2

The NVDEC is the hardware encoder. The power switch is just to save power when there is no encoding task.
