Monitor identified as “Nvidia” on Debian 13 (GNOME/Wayland) Driver 595

Issue with Monitor Identification on Fresh Debian 13 Install

System Configuration:

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060
Driver Version: 595.xx (Current/Problematic)
OS: Debian 13 (Trixie/Testing)
Desktop Environment: GNOME 48.7 (Wayland)
Kernel Parameter: nvidia-drm.modeset=1 enabled

Display Setup:

Monitor 1: Connected via HDMI (Detected correctly).
Monitor 2: Connected via DP-to-HDMI adapter (Detected only as "Nvidia" in GNOME settings).

The Problem:

While Monitor 1 displays its correct model name and specifications, Monitor 2 (connected via the adapter) is generically identified as “Nvidia”.

Crucially, this exact hardware configuration worked perfectly with the previous driver version 590.48.01-1, where both monitors were identified correctly with their proper model names. The issue appeared specifically after upgrading to the 595.xx series.
