Monitors go black

At some point during computer work, the Monitors turn black. Recently, the temperature has exceeded 90 degrees, and the fan speed is 100%.

I’m using two monitors, with Display Port - HDMI, Quadro 4000.

You’re at 83°C while idles. Please clean your fans and heatsink.

I cleaned the fans and replaced the thermal grease.

I checked the CPU fan again by spinning. It seems to have helped. When loading, the message “Memory size decreased” came out.

Unfortunately, it happened again. The temperature was over 100 degrees.

The problem is solved! I cleaned the dust and changed the thermal paste.
