Monitors turn off when in use USD Composer

Video card passes all crash tests
Drivers were installed different
Only restarting the system helps

is this a windows or Linux based system?
Also, can you do a nvidia-smi command prior to starting USD composer. Then the same command after the monitor turns off. reply with the data
