Movement, textures and mdl material not applying or refreshing

System used Intel(R) Core™ i7-7700K CPU @ 4.20GHz, Ram 64,0 GB, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090, Windows 10 64bits, Autodesk Maya 2022, Autodesk 3dsMax 2022, Create and Unreal 4.27.0

All the applications except 3dsMax were working perfectly, if I moved any object in the scene from Maya, unreal or create, it was moving in all applications at the same time, but when I tried to move the objects in 3dsMax, inside this program it moved, but did not move in any other program, the other thing was that 3dsMax never showed the textures or materials from the USD scene, not even in render.
