MPI with Multi-Instance GPU (MIG)?

Will the Multi-Instance GPU (MIG) features in Ampere A100 allow developers to treat a single A100 as multiple GPUs for testing multiple MPI processes? Currently I run 4 Kepler Titans for testing MPI fluid flow; would love to switch to a single A100 for testing MPI scalability.

From this Nvidia Developer video, “Running Multiple Workloads on a Single A100 GPU”, looks like the answer is “yes” (see time=1:22).
Which means new dev box could be micro-ATX ?!
