Does anyone have the parameter file for the chip Micron chip MT41K256M16LY-107?

You don’t need to change the Parameter File.You can use MT41K256M16LY-107 to replace H5TC4G63AFR_RDA without any software change.I have tested the chip MT41K256M16LY-107 on my own board

Are you using the H5TC4G63AFR_RDA chip config file directly? or Using H5TC4G63AFR_RDA chip
parameter file, then generated config file for your board via characterization tool ( BKV, swizzle and etc)?
