Is anyone else’s Mutectcaller (Parabricks Accelerated) version 4.1.0 not working? Version 4.0.0-1 runs fine on UK Biobank, but the latest version returns the error “Failed to create btrfs snapshot: invalid argument”.
The tool’s “Interval” option also appears to be malfunctioning, if I specify chromosome 3 and the coordinates of a gene for example, the output will still include all chromosomes.
