My Account Does not Allow me to Access Credits

When I try to create an API key I get the following message:

If I contact admin it just sends me an email as I am already the admin.

Can you kindly assist?

I think it is just a bug. You can try again later. All the API keys are free to be generated.

May indeed be a bug. I did try again and it is tillnot working. How do I escalate?

I am also unable to access the credits despite having enterprise trial active.
