My customized carrier for the jetson orin is failed to start-up？

My customized carrier  for the jetson orin 64GB is failed to  start-up，and  the problem description as below：
  1. power-up sequence as follows： 5V—12V----module_power_on----carrier_power_on----1.8v/3.3v----sys_reset_n.
  2. The power sequence is achieved by a FPGA , FPGA control the 5V and then wait the Powergood of the 5V and the pulled up the 12V voltage rail,and then pulled up the module_power_on signal, and then wait for the carrier_power_on signal to accomplish the carrier voltage rail like the 1.8v.3.3v etc. and then pulled up the SYS_RESET_n, but the module can not start-up. can you help me？
