My gpu resolution just massed up

my resolution just massed up., i have rtx 4060 my monitor is 1080 180hz but my gpu showing 4k at 60hz and if i put 1080p its still 60hz if i put 1680x1050 its showa 165 hz or if i downgrade the resolution the hz increase 180 hz
