In the case of using a 19V power supply, my jetson orin motherboard did not shut down properly after clicking power off, the led lights remained on, and the screen showed white, and the module was hot. After I switched to 12V power supply, there was no problem, and the 19V power supply used on the remaining orin nx 8g modules can also shut down normally. The following is my abnormal shutdown log, please help check。

Hi
Can you help me with this
In addition, this power supply is normal when using the rest of the orin motherboard, only some orin nx 16g are unable to power off properly
Is this repeatable on every power down? How many modules are affected? Are you using Orin Dev Kit or a custom carrier board? What is your power supply/adapter specification? Could you measure power down sequence in good and failing conditions? Refer to Jetson Orin NX Series and Orin Nano Series Design Guide for the power down sequence.
I found that a batch of arrived orin nx 16g are like this, every time shutdown will show a white screen and the indicator will not go off. Dev Kit also has this problem, which can lock the problem in the orin nx 16g modules. The power supply I use is 19V 2.37A. The power supply paired with the old orin nx 16g module will not, I ruled out the rest of the reason, the problem is in the orin nx 16g modules
