My Jetson TX2 cannot be charged

I found that my Jetson TX2 cannot be charged.
The red light on the board flashed a few times and then went out.
Could someone help me?

Hi Mike,
Do you mean your Jetson TX2 cannot power on? What’s your carrier board revision? (There should be one label on your carrier board marked P2597 B03,B04… or C02.)
Have you tried swap TX2 module to another carrier board(if you have)?
