While I was installing the newest JetPack to JETSON TX2 when the mirco USB dropped. i tried to fix it up but did not work. So, does it have any other ways to connect the Tx2 and computer and install JetPack ? Or that means I need to get a new one?

FYI, getting the distributor to replace it would be the best thing, but if you have another carrier board, then that would work too…you’d put the module on that carrier temporarily for flash, then move it back. Flash itself doesn’t care which carrier board you use even if it is a different model (flash doesn’t care, it’ll gladly flash what you tell it to flash).
