We use our own carrierboard, some time Nano module cant boot , the boot file cannot be found, but sometime its ok,
has done cross-validation, the failure go with module, also cross verified on devkit, the failure also go with module,

Maybe issue is due to the connector, you may clean it to try again.
If confirmed the failure is on moduel itself, please try to do the RMA or contact with local distributor to know if any swap process.
