Nano boot failed

Hi，
my nano module failed to startup,The phenomenon is as follows:

CH1:5V,CH2:POWER_EN,CH3:RST,CH4：PMIC_BBAT；
log：
error.log (17.9 KB)

during my debug，i found if i change zhe Carrier Board Supplies same as power_en，my board boot success,then,zhe module can success all the time.
now,We have the following questions:
1、why i change the Carrier Board Supplies time,the RST levle change from 3.3 to 1.8V?
2、why the module success once，can boot all the time?
