[Nano][CAMERA][IMX219] Cannot create /dev/video0

Problem : Failed to create /dev/video0 on Nano DUT Hardware : I2C bus > i2c mux > camera Description : The camera grow up on i2c-13 if the camera plug-in first bus. The camera driver has probed for the IMX219 camera. We check this camera on Xavier-NX som, it is still get the same error. However, it works for Xavier-NX.
