Nano reset failed

My last question was hidden by the system
On my custom carrier board,
when I pull down the pin 239 sys_reset signal, the system restarts, and I find that when the restart fails, the MOD_SLEEP signal is always low, and other control signals have no difference
When I replaced another custom carrier board, I found that the system restarted normally, and the MOD_SLEEP signal would automatically go high

  1. What is the state of this MOD_SLEEP signal that is always low, deep sleep?
  2. The system has been restarted, but the restart failed?
  3. Is there a different pin state that will cause the MOD_SLEEP state to change?

system reset failed

system reset normal

Tested Signal Description
1.MOD_SLEEP
2.POWER_EN
3.FORCE_OFF
4.SYS_RST
5.MODULE POWER
6.CARRIER POWER CTRL
