When navigating the Nvidia Developer site, you cats have made it like pulling teeth to view a list of articles. In fact, as far as I can tell, you don’t maintain a list of articles/papers anymore. Take for instance this great article:
There is no breadcrumb or parent to this article, it “just exists” and I only found it via a link from an external site. I went through “Docs”, “Blog”, etc. and all those sections are on Nvidia products and essentially marketing and funneling. Gone are the days of technical articles aimed at the graphics rendering community (the crowd that helped you grow into the beast you are now)?
I even searched for “Depth Precision Visualized”, hoping that on the first page of search results where the article should be listed, would be a hint at some parent path that would be a treasure trove of articles. Back in the day, you had things like GPU Gems, for example. Without a direct link I assume, we’re going to be spending several minutes hunting that down, or use an external search platform like Google to travel to that content.
Who is in charge of UX here in the developer community? Why would it be so difficult to travel to technical articles (that aren’t AI or DLSS or similar)?
I apologize if I’m just a nitwit and am blind to an obvious menu item, but as far as I can tell, this stuff is hidden really well, which seems like a huge oversight.
