Need a guide for install rsl-rl-lib 3.0.1 for docker isaaclab

Hello,

I am using NVDIA IsaacLba for my robotic science.
I am currently working on other project use rsl-rl-lib 2.3.3 using docker.
When i run a project using rsl-rl-lib 3.0.1 in docker container i get issue the reqiure version is 3.0.1 it simply understand. But the problem show up when i try to install rsl-rl-lib 3.0.1, I try to install with pip and i lost my pip ( iam using pip from isaacsim) i dont know why and i try to fix by install from github source but it still the sam
