Need help to access and configure GPIOs

HI Nvidia Team,

We have brought out GPIO00 and GPIO01 to the external connector, please guide us how to toggle the GPIOs high and Low and how to configure ??

If you are on JetPack 5, GPIO sysfs is the most straightforward way.
If you are on JetPack 6, configure pinmux correctly and use libgpiod.
