Need help to get the libraries for GPU operators

Hi

referring to this Install NVIDIA GPU Operator in Air-Gapped Environments — gpu-operator 23.3.2 documentation , i will need to setup an air-gap kubernetes cluster running on GPU. However am stuck in get the packages for
ubuntu:
linux-headers-${KERNEL_VERSION}
linux-image-${KERNEL_VERSION}
linux-modules-${KERNEL_VERSION}
as indicated in the reference link. it suggest apt-mirror. Can i request for help in tutorial or step by step how to do this and put in the airgap environment in the simplest way (am ok without the security for now). ? Thank you
