There is an IC in jetson nano development board that takes system voltage as input and gives out hdmi compatible voltage. GS7616SC-R sot363.
Can anyone please tell me the purpose of the IC and a better alternate IC for this?

It is related to hardware. So I have changed the support catogory.
It’s a load switch to control VDD_3V3_HDMI by MOD_SLEEP*. You can choose other one with similar characters.
Seems OK per datasheet.
