My API key has been getting a 429 Too Many Requests on every single call to
nemotron-3-super-120b-a12b since 2026-07-18 – over 3 days straight with zero
successful responses in between (not an intermittent throttle, a flat, sustained
block).
To rule out a key-specific issue, I generated a brand-new, never-before-used API
key on the same account and tested it – it hit the identical 429 immediately on
first use. That rules out anything specific to the original key.
For comparison, a different model on the exact same account/key
(meta/llama-3.1-8b-instruct) is working normally right now, so this looks
specific to nemotron-3-super-120b-a12b rather than an account-wide block.
Could someone take a look at why this specific model has been unavailable to my
account for this long, or let me know if there’s a request process to get access
restored? Happy to share the account/key ID via DM if useful for looking into it.
