New Jetson Nano Developer KIT Stuck on boot [ ok ] Started User Manager for UID 123

Hi Support,
I have a new Jetson Nano Developer kit model C100, I have downloaded the official image and burn it to the USB but I am unable to complete the setup.
the boot stuck [ ok ] Stared User Manager for UID 123.

please guide me how to pass this stage and complete the setup.

Pu the log here.

The unit frozen on Nvidia logo, I have sent it back to the vendor to check if there is any hardware issue.

I don’t have the console cable, but certainly i will get one to help me in this discovery journey.
