New Jetson Orin nano doesn't' turn on

Hello everyone,

My name is Mario, and I’m new to this community. First, I’d like to thank you all for the effort you put into providing helpful information and support.

I recently received a Jetson Orin Nano from Amazon (I’m in Argentina, and it took three weeks to arrive). However, I’m having trouble getting it to power on.

When I connected the power source, the fan didn’t start, and none of the LEDs turned on. I also tried connecting the device to my laptop via the USB-C port, but nothing happened there either.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue or have suggestions on how to troubleshoot this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Is it safe to assume you burned the correct image on SD card and have that installed.

Do you have other power supply to cross check whether issue exist?
