Newest NVIDIA RTX / QUADRO DESKTOP DRIVER- R470 U10 (473.81) doesn't install on Windows

Newest NVIDIA RTX / QUADRO DESKTOP DRIVER- R470 U10 (473.81) doesn’t install. Upon file execution, files are extracted to disk, installation start, but are then immediately after aborted without error messages. No event is written in event viewer either. Files extracted to file systems are deleted.

Is there no info about this issue at all? I’m having the exact same problem, with the exact same behavior, and seeing almost the exact same error, except in my case the file being listed as a problem is

[3868] C:\NVIDIA\DisplayDriver\531.41\Win11_Win10-DCH_64\International\FrameViewSDK\FrameViewSdkExt.DLL

I’ve seen the same error across numerous attempts to update using different update files.
