NGC is broken to download RIVA. Can't download Riva Skills Quick Start. Please, help, as I have to create TTS POC

Still having the same issue - I am receiving the same error message.

This looks like the same issue as described in this thread: 404 error.Unable to download

Try downgrading to CLI version 3.22.0.

The issue is still present for me:
