NGX SDK sample slomo produces frame blending result, not high quality super slo mo

I hope I am posting at the right forum. Did all NGX SDK discussion move here?

I was able to compile and run slomo.exe without an error, but the result is a basic frame blending interpolation, not the high quality super slo mo advertised. Can someone shed light onto what I might be doing wrong, or is this what everyone is getting too? See attached screenshot.

720p video on latest Win 10 64bit, VS2019 (V141), CUDA SDK 10.2 , RTX 3080, 1 inferred frame per input frame.
