NIC Teaming of Connect7-X show inaccurate speed

We got 2 x 400Gbps ConnectX-7:

Mellanox ConnectX-7 VPI MCX75310AAS-NEAT NDR 400Gb/s single-port OSFP PCIe5.0x16 Adapter x 2

If I added 2 x 400G NICs into NIC Teaming on Windows Server 2025, it’s noticed there is discrepancy where the NIC Teaming interface in the Windows Server GUI may display a different speed value compared to PowerShell.

In GUI: 370.5G
In PowerShell: 800G

Is this some kind of display bug or something wrong with Windows driver?

Are you use the card as IB cards or Ethernet NIC?
