NIM API Quota Upgrade (40 to 200 RPM) for Ying-Mesh-V2 Open-Source Node Validation

Hello NVIDIA Developer Support Team,

I am writing to formally request a rate limit increase from 40 RPM to 200 RPM for my NVIDIA NIM API developer account. I am currently leading the active development of ‘Ying-Mesh-V2’, a standalone, open-source downstream integration framework optimized for full-stack autonomous agent orchestration on macOS. The entire orchestration pipeline is designed for public community benchmarking and will be hosted fully open-source on GitHub. Our core engine heavily utilizes advanced multi-agent coordination. During runtime, the autonomous orchestrator executes continuous integration (CI) loops and data schema refactoring, which triggers rapid, sequential structured JSON/XML tool-calling. Under the current 40 RPM sandbox threshold, our local development and open-source benchmark testing are completely bottlenecked by HTTP 429 rate limit errors. I have completed my verified developer profile registration. Granting the 200 RPM tier will allow us to thoroughly validate these high-frequency agentic pipeline workloads and deliver accurate benchmarking data to the open-source community. This request is tied directly to my dedicated host and private development node, and is not a duplicate of generic Hermes framework support threads.

Thank you very much for your time, review, and dedication to the open-source AI developer ecosystem!

Best credentials,

Ying Tan
