I am writing on behalf of Lâgarî Design Studio, a professional software development team that makes extensive use of NVIDIA’s NIM-hosted models in our development work. These models have become a valuable part of our workflow, and I would like to request an increase to our current API rate limit.

- Current limit: 40 RPM
- Requested limit: 200 RPM (or the highest tier reasonably available for our evaluation use)
During development and testing, we frequently run parallel requests (agents, tools, retries, streaming), which causes us to reach the 40 RPM limit and encounter repeated 429 errors. This makes it difficult to validate our prototypes end to end.
If there is any evaluation-friendly tier or option that could provide our studio with higher hosted throughput, we would be grateful for your guidance on how to access it.
We use these models solely to support our own software development work; they are not integrated into the products we build. Our usage is therefore limited to internal development and evaluation, and we fully respect NVIDIA’s fair-use policies for the free tier. Any assistance with the rate limit increase, or advice on the best path for our scenario, would be greatly appreciated.
