Nitro 5 with Pop - my fans go on at full speed with no reason

When I’m using only firefox or brave, one or two tabs open, my fans go crazy. Its too much noise.
Can’t watch a youtube video without fans go on full speed.

This also happens when I update my system, or somethings simple this.

I can’t update the nvidia drivers, because its break my system and then I need to come back to old version.

I’m going crazy. Any suggestions?

My config:

~$ nvidia-smi
