Hello NVIDIA Support Team,
I am unable to generate an API key on build.nvidia.com for NVIDIA NIM / DeepSeek access.
My account is showing two blocking issues:
1. Red banner: “Please contact support to verify your account”
2. API Keys page: “No API Key Permissions - You do not have permissions to create API Keys in this Organization”
Account Details:
- Email: haider1994h994h@gmail.com
- Account Name: haider-ali
- NVIDIA Cloud Account Number: 1006068182961366
- Organization: Personal (haider-ali)
- Account Status: ACTIVE
- Account Owner
I have verified my email and completed my developer profile, but I cannot proceed with API key generation due to the missing “Public API Endpoints” permission.
Could you please:
1. Manually verify my account
2. Enable “Public API Endpoints” permission for my Personal Organization
3. Confirm when my account is ready for API access
I need this for development and testing purposes only (non-commercial).
