No display when wakeup from deep sleep

    • NV Power Mode: MODE_15W_6CORE - Type: 2
    • jetson_stats.service: active
  • Board info:
    • Type: Xavier NX (Developer Kit Version)
    • SOC Family: tegra194 - ID:25
    • Module: P3668 - Board: P3509-000
    • Code Name: jakku
    • CUDA GPU architecture (ARCH_BIN): 7.2
    • Serial Number: 1424920027702
  • Libraries:
    • CUDA: 10.2.300
    • cuDNN: 8.2.1.32
    • TensorRT: 8.0.1.6
    • Visionworks: 1.6.0.501
    • OpenCV: 4.5.1 compiled CUDA: YES

We got issue that there is no display (the screen is black) when our device wakes up from deep sleep. This does not happen every time.

The attached is syslog. Looks the DP got failure when wakeup from sleep.

Could you try with rel-32.7.2? Also, is this custom board or devkit?

And please share full dmesg and xorg.0.log as two files instead of the way of a mixing log.

Our board is almost same with devkit, but we use eDP for display.

We will test again and provide the logs you need.

I’ve heard lots of this kind of comment before. Turns out that is the key difference. Thus, please also try with devkit with DP if possible.

Please try to use devkit to reproduce issue. I don’t see any useful from your log. There is no new log from display after you wake up the device.
