I am trying (as many other developers on this platform seem to be doing now) to generate a free NVIDIA NIM API key on build.nvidia.com for AI Agent development (NemoClaw/OpenClaw framework), but like so many others apparently based on the what I can see on the forum board, I am stuck at the phone verification step and can’t make any further progress from where I am.

This is my very first attempt to create an account and verify the phone number at the same time. I have not used this number on NVIDIA before and have not received any OTP .
Issue Details:
Like everyone else, as soon as I enter my phone number and click to send OTP, I immediately receive the message:
“This phone number has exceeded limits, please try a different phone number or try again later.”
I have already:

Tried waiting 24+ hours

Cleared browser cache and tried in incognito mode

Tried different networks and devices
This is clearly a common false positive for many numbers as seen on the Nvidia forum board. I am hoping to be an early adopter of your technology and would really appreciate it if you could manually whitelist my account or reset the verification limit so I can generate the API key.
