No projects can be built in VS2010 SP1 after updating to TADP4.0r1 from 3.0r4

We have been using TADP since 2013 and find it increasingly usable for porting our large cross-platform projects to Android. TADP 4 at last promises debugging for x86, which we’ve been trying to work around the lack of for more than a year, and other fixes, but we find it is currently unusable.

Since we updated to TADP 4.01, we find no projects which worked with TADP 3.04 can be built.

Loading any of them into VS2010 SP1 and attempting to build gives the following error message:

error : Nsight Tegra project settings have not been upgraded yet. Build cannot continue. Please open your solution in Visual Studio and perform the upgrade when prompted.

We have of course opened our solution in Visual Studio in order to get this far. There is no such prompt. The same message and failure to build happens for all our projects and solutions. Please let us know how to make this prompt appear or otherwise make the update you require work.

Apologies for the suplicate posting, each attempt to submit here gives error 500 (Internal Server Error) but it seems they get through despite that. Feel free to delete one of them 8-)

Now I get duplicate (sorry not suplicate) comments despite this pop-up when I post them:

This is from IE9, 64 bit Windows 7, in case that makes a difference.
