no screen signal - Quadro P1000

Hello ,

I got my computer up, but when I turn it on there is a no signal written on the screen. Do you know where the worry comes from? Note that the graphics card is mini display and I bought an adapter with hdmi and it does not work. Should I take another HDMI dvi administrator to connect it to my screen?

graphics card : Quadro P1000
Asus prime H370-A 5x
Screen : iivama HDMI
