Did you log in with “NVIDIA DEVELOPER developer.nvidia.com”? If yes, have you ever seen any SDKs available for your account?
Could you share your “membership Information” screen (after logging in, click “Hello XXX”->“Membership Information”. Or referring to User Account Membership Settings :: NVIDIA SDK Manager Documentation)?
Please also get the latest SDK Manager (from NVIDIA SDK Manager | NVIDIA Developer. 1.2.0.6738 as of now).
