No SPI output on IO, GPIO works

Product launch soon and switched to SKD-manager. Nano 4GB type B, 4.6.1-bll0, SDK-manager setup.

No output or clock from SPI, GPIO output works.
Is it pinmux or pip vs pip3 for setup - just a guess.

Thank you,

Hi user83722,

Could you hep to update to latest JP4.6.3(R32.7.3) to verify?

Please refer to the following thread step-by-step for SPI loopback test.
Jetson Nano SPI Bus Not Working - #10 by KevinFFF

Tested it in 4.6.3 and GPIO worked but SPI did not work. Switched to 4.6.1 and SPI now working.
Thank you,
