Not able to control GPIO09 and GPIO12 in jetson orin nx

Hi All,
We’re working with a custom board based on the Jetson Orin NX module running JetPack 6.0, which includes Jetson Linux 36.3 with Kernel 5.15 and an Ubuntu 22.04 root file system. We are trying to control GPIO09 and GPIO12 using ‘gpioset’ but the state is not changing, its default state is 1 and 0 respectively.

Have you configured them(GPIO09 and GPIO12) in pinmux spreadsheet before use?

Please share the command how do you control them.

After modifing the pinmux sheet, we are able to control the pin.
