Not able to generate APIKEYS

Hello NVIDIA Support Team,

I’m trying to generate an API key on build.nvidia.com for personal, non-commercial development use.

I’m seeing two related issues:

  1. A banner at the top reads “Please contact support to verify your account.”
  2. On the API Keys page, I get “No API Key Permissions — You do not have permissions to create API Keys in this Organization. Switch Orgs or contact your admin.”

The “Contact Admin” option only sends the request back to myself, since this is my personal organization. I also cannot find a phone number input field anywhere to complete phone verification, so I’m unable to resolve this through the UI.

Could you please manually verify my account and enable the “Public API Endpoints” permission for my personal organization so I can generate a hosted NIM API key?
