NPP 3.2.7 documentation Where is it?

Hi,

there is this statement in Release notes for NPP 3.2: Improved documentation. In addition to the HTML documentation we now provide a PDF file with cross-references.
But where is it? There are only 3 files in /doc folder - readme, release notes and license. Not even html documentation as it was in previous version.
