Nuked all partitions; can I recover via USB?

I mistakenly removed all the partitions on the embedded flash. :-(

If I put it into Force Recovery mode, can I restore the device? Or does that require a valid Uboot partition, which is now missing?

The device is still running and connected to the internet, if that helps…

Well, I pulled the trigger and the answer looks to be “Yes, you can reflash.”
