Hi , i encountered this on Wine with Pathway game which is on a giveaway period for a week.

It happened when i tried to change default resolution of game to my native desktop resolution.

Lutris Wine build used: 5.7

Nv driver: 440.82

Dmesg gpu related bits were:

not exactly helpful.

I can repro it all the time at least.

Changing resolution to 1080p ( default 720p ) , ticking fullscreen and applying changes , then exiting the app reproduces the same result all the time.

Hi VulkanGuy,

I tried to recreate issue on my couple of setups but no luck so far.

ThinkPad-P15 + Ubuntu 18.04.3 + 5.0.0-23-generic + Driver 440.82 + Quadro P5200
HP Z420 Workstation + Ubuntu 18.04.4 LTS + GeForce GTX 750 + Driver 440.82 + 1 Display with Resolution 1920 x 1080

I installed game Pathway from Epic Launcher Game (installed from lutris).
Played game in full screen mode and changed resolution as well but no luck so far.

I will check for notebook with GP107M and will reattempt for repro.
Meanwhile, can you please try older kernel and update result.

Hi VulkanGuy,

Please confirm if you are still facing this issue.

Hi VulkanGuy,

Please confirm if you are still facing this issue.

Hi Amrits. Sorry for late reply. I’m not able to repro this anymore with 450.57 driver and 5.7.10 kernel.

Thanks for the confirmation, I will go ahead and close bug internally.
