how it can be solved?

Hi hard_sign,

Are you using VM to flash Jetson TX2? If not, can you please make sure the target board is connected through USB port and is recovery mode then retry?

Yes I use VM under Win10 with Ubuntu 16.4.

The SDK Manager can’t work well on VM, please use the native Ubuntu host PC.
