When using NvAPI_DISP_TryCustomDisplay the logical refresh rate in NV_TIMINGEXT seems to be ignored. I put 59 in rr and 59940 in rrx1k. The physical refresh rate my monitor receives is 59.94 Hz. This is correct. But NVIDIA control panel shows 60 Hz. It should be 59 Hz.
Is this a bug?
