NvAPI_GPU_GetMemoryInfoEx function doesn't update eviction / promotion count fields

Hi,

It appears that the eviction/promotion count fields of NV_GPU_MEMORY_INFO_EX_V1 are never updated by NvAPI_GPU_GetMemoryInfoEx even if the size field for both increases.

The “System Memory” field also appears to always be zero. Is that supposed to reflect CPU RAM?
