nvarguscamerasrc gain properties

Hi

I have been looking for information about how the gainrange and ispdigitalgainrange work with nvarguscamerasrc, what are the maximum and minimum values? and what mean those values? I checked a document that NVIDIA provides on the tegra_multimedia_api (nvargus docs) but I was not able to find information about it.

Do you know where can I find more information about this?

This is not really an answer, but you may check what nvarguscamerasrc gstreamer plugin reports as ranges for these parameters:

gst-inspect-1.0 nvarguscamerasrc

Not sure these are the real limits, but I see no reason for restricting these in gstreamer, so I’d first try these values.

gainrange: is sensor’s gain it depend on sensor cap
ispdigitalgainrange: is NV ISP digitalgain it values is 0 - 255.
